Resolved - The earlier outage affecting the Wellington region has now been resolved. Services have remained stable since restoration, and this incident now appears fully resolved.

If you're still experiencing connectivity issues, please power off your router and ONT for 10 minutes before turning them back on.

Identified - We have confirmed a widespread outage affecting the Wellington region, impacting multiple providers. The issue has been identified on Chorus' network.

Chorus technicians are currently en route to the affected site. Their outage page will be updated shortly with more details.

We've identified a problem with our wholesale provider which is impacting many of our fibre and mobile customers. Our team is actively working on a fix, but we currently do not have an estimated resolution time.
